The Rangers Elite Academy was created on the premise that we must train our elite level players, develop them, and expose them to all the opportunities and resources that we have available as a club for them to reach the highest level possible.  Through the Rangers Elite Academy, players will be provided specialized training, specific resources and opportunities to accomplish their goals of playing college or professional soccer.

The Rangers Elite Academy begins at the U13 Age Level.  It is divided between the girls and boys sides since the needs of each are slightly different.  Each Academy team will be designated with a 3rd alternative jersey.  During certain periods of the calendar year the Rangers "Director of Coaching" (National A License, Region IV Staff Coach, CYSA Coaching Education Instructor) as well as distinguished guest coaches will work with all of these players to help in their development addressing the four components of the game for elite level players.

The Rangers Elite Academy teams will play in Elite Level/Showcase Tournaments throughout the nation and travel on international trips every other year.  This will allow our players to be seen by college coaches and professional scouts at every level.

We will have Player ID Camps for our players, inviting Player Scouts and Evaluators from around the world to observe our players (last year we had Paolo Montero from Juventus and Maxi Viera from Spain , and next year will have Victor De Los Santos from Chelsea FC to come and identify players).  We are aiming to provide individual player exposure to top level youth teams from around the world.

We will have college showcase events for our college bound players, inviting university coaches to come and work with our players and see them play.  We will combine this with campus tours to colleges and universities.  We will have a college advisory board that will help our student athletes with all the academic support and guidance they may need to enter the university of their choice.

The Ranger Elite Academy Program is without a doubt an innovative program in the true essence of player development and playing opportunity.
