Rangers Elite Academy Partner With College Soccer Institute

Ruiz off to Guadalajara with the US National Team

Ricardo Ruiz recently got the call to pack his bags and get ready to travel as he was selected to the U14 National team that will be traveling to Guadalajara, Mexico for a week of training and games against professional youth teams.  This is a great accomplishment for this young man who has worked so hard and made great sacrifices to play. Congratulations to Ricardo and his family.

Edwin Diaz and Ivan Vazquez, from the Rangers BU15 Gold team as well as Alexis Lopez and Ricardo Ruiz from the Rangers BU13 White Team, all recently made the trip to Orlando, Florida to represent the Region at the Inter-regionals.

HARVEST CUP 2009

Rangers Boys Gain Momentum

After a long season of struggles for the Fullerton Rangers BU-12 team they headed into the Harvest Cup finals after a hard fought match going into PKs in the semis. In the final they faced a PCSC Red team whom they had already played in pool play and defeated 3-1. Rangers Launch Elite Academy Program

The Rangers recently launched an innovative new program designed for all elite level players from U14 to U19 levels. "Once this program is in full swing, it will be something people will be talking about and want to be a part off," said DOC Jimmy Obleda. Connor

Ranger Player Trains with Real Madrid

Connor Bevins of the BU15 Fullerton Rangers spent a week in August training with Real Madrid in Spain in an adidas sponsored event. Bevins was one of only 40 players nationwide to be invited to the event. "This opportunity has opened many doors for Connor and his future and we are very proud of him. It is part of our job as a club to provide those opportunities for our players" said DOC Jimmy Obleda. Since his trip, Connor has been invited to a tryout for the U17 US National team as well as selected to be a part of a select group of player going to Argentina to play
