Zoe Ip of Fullerton started playing for the Fullerton Rangers in 2010 when she was eight years old. Coach Jeremy Brownell took a chance and selected Zoe for his team even though she had no prior soccer experience. Zoe fell in love with the game and has been with the same Fullerton Rangers Girls 2002 team for her entire club career.
With the mentorship and guidance from coaches Jeremy Brownell, Sage Moore, Christian Rus, and Demian Brown, Zoe has been able to develop her technical skills and tactical awareness allowing her to be a multi-position player in various formations with attacking midfielder being her primary position. Zoe and her team have competed for the USYS National Championship over the past few years and will continue their quest this year.
Zoe is a senior at Sunny Hills High School with a 4.6 GPA. She is also a team captain of her high school soccer team. This fall, Zoe will be attending the United States Military Academy at West Point where she will continue playing soccer and focus her studies in biology.
