7. Don’t assume we will be running late (you could miss your spot)

Also remember there will be a lot of players, parents and coaches that will be at the park…

Team photos will be taken according to schedule and team readiness. Each player will automatically receive a free photo package. Just fill out your information on the order form and the free package will be provided. There is no item number to fill out for the free package.

We need lots of volunteers for picture day, and each team is required to provide one parent volunteer for a 2 hour period, so please step up and help make this year successful! Submit your volunteer sign up sheets today!

Picture day envelopes have been provided to your teams representative. Each player must complete a form and have it with you on picture day. Each player will receive a free package as the League Buy this year. You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional photos and other items listed on the picture day envelopes. Complete your envelope with your contact information and a package will automatically be provided. You do not need to mark a package on the order form unless you are purchasing additional pictures.

In addition, we will be having the Equipment Exchange Booth again this year at Picture Day. Please bring your old soccer items to donate at the Equipment Exchange Booth and feel free to take items your player may need, even if you don’t have anything to donate. Items left at the end of the day will be donated to a good cause.

We will also have a few vendors on site at picture day. Breakfast and beverages will be available for purchase so please support our vendors!
