Complete the Send-off form within 24 hours on the Fullerton Rangers website
Complete the USSF Referee Report within 24 hours
Email the USSF Referee Report & Supplemental and a copy of the Match Report to dir.referees@fullertonrangers.com
Pull the Player Card for Violent Conduct, Assault or Referee Abuse
Return the Player Card right away to the Rangers Station: 369 S. Acacia Ave., Fullerton, CA 92831
